Privacy policy
RenoBeam is a pre-launch website. There is no product to log into, no account to create, and no way to upload a photo or video here yet. The only thing this site collects is what you type into the waitlist form.
What we collect
One form exists on this site: the early-access waitlist form on the home page. It asks for three things, and all three are required:

The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. It is invisible to people and is only there to catch automated submissions; if you are a human, it stays empty and we ignore it.
Our form handler, Netlify Forms, records some technical metadata alongside each submission — typically the IP address the submission came from, the browser user-agent string, and the page that referred you. We do not ask for that and we do not use it for anything beyond spam triage.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics. No analytics or tracking script currently loads on this site. The page source contains a placeholder for Google Analytics that is deliberately inert — it has no measurement ID in it and fires no requests. If we ever switch it on, this page will be updated first.
- No photos or videos. There is no upload anywhere on this site, so we hold none of your job-site media.
- No payment information. There is no checkout, no card field, and no payment processor connected to this site. The prices shown on the home page are planned launch pricing, not something you can buy.
- No accounts or passwords. There is nothing to sign into.
Where your submission goes
When you submit the waitlist form:
- The submission is stored by Netlify Forms. Netlify hosts this website and holds the record of your submission on our behalf.
- A small function on our side immediately forwards the submission as a push notification to the site operator’s phone, so a real person sees it. That notification is delivered through ntfy.sh, a third-party push service, and it contains the name, email, and role you entered.
That is the entire path. Nothing else is connected to the form.
Third parties
- Netlify — hosts this website and stores waitlist submissions.
- ntfy.sh — delivers the push notification that alerts us to a new waitlist signup.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google’s font servers. Loading a font makes a request to Google from your browser, which means Google can see your IP address and user-agent. No other data is sent, and this happens on every page whether or not you use the form.
What we do with it
We use your name, email, and role for exactly one purpose: to email you about RenoBeam early access. We do not send unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any other list.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else beyond the service providers listed above who need it to deliver the form submission.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions until RenoBeam launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Get a copy, or get deleted. Email leads@stylemarking.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it. You do not have to explain why.
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send about early access includes an unsubscribe link.
- Don’t join. The rest of this site works perfectly well without submitting anything.
Children
This site is aimed at contractors and homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
RenoBeam is pre-launch, so our data practices will change as the product is built — accounts, uploads, and payment processing will all bring new data with them. When that happens we will rewrite this page and change the date at the top before the new practice goes live.
